NRSV – New Revised Standard Version

The NRSV Bible was written with the goal of preserving the best of the older versions (King James & Revised Standard), while incorporating modern English. First printed in 1989, the translation recieved wide acclaim and broad support from academics and church leaders as a Bible for all Christians.
